Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zenith Stack "Growth OS" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Zenith Stack is a subscription-based service billed at $299/month. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

3. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Given the digital nature of the Service and the immediate costs associated with provisioning AI resources, all payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content and facilitate outreach. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free of bias. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication or distribution.

5. Proper Use of Outreach Tools

Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act. Zenith Stack LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be engaging in "spamming" or abusive outreach practices.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service dashboard.
